Examination Invigilators

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Exam Invigilators to join our examinations invigilator bank. This is an ongoing opportunity, and successful applicants will be contacted by our Exams Officer as and when invigilation work becomes available throughout the academic year.

The role of an Exam Invigilator is to help ensure that examinations run smoothly and fairly. Invigilators support candidates by ensuring they are in the correct examination rooms, sharing essential information such as start and finish times, and making sure all required materials are available. They play a key role in maintaining a calm, orderly environment and helping candidates feel confident in the examination process.

This role is well suited to individuals who are dependable, observant, and able to follow instructions carefully. Hours are offered on a casual, as-required basis and will vary depending on the exam timetable.

Performing Arts and Drama Graduate

We are seeking a dynamic Performing Arts and Drama Graduate to coach and guide students in the development of their passion and skills in Performing Arts by preparing and assisting in the directing and choreography of performance platforms and productions, as well as supporting during lesson time.

Additionally, you will provide support to the residential teams to deliver outstanding pastoral care and activities for the boarders. Woldingham has 6 boarding houses, each run by a Housemistress and Assistant Housemistress. Graduates form part of the wider boarding team usually assigned to one specific house but with the ability to work across a variety of ages as the need arises.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the effective, efficient and compliant operational management of the school’s facilities, including premises operations, domestic services, health and safety, security, and contractor management.

Working under the leadership of the Director of Estates, the postholder ensures that the school site and buildings are safe, secure, clean and fully operational in support of the school’s educational, boarding and commercial activities. 

The Facilities Manager has line management responsibility for the Caretaking team (Senior Caretaker and Caretakers) and the Domestic Services Supervisors (who in turn supervise a group of fourteen cleaners), and plays a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance across the estate.

The facilities function operates year-round on a shift basis; therefore, flexibility is required to cover annual leave and sickness absence. This is a residential role, and the Facilities Manager participates in an on-call rota to respond to emergencies, including fire-related incidents.

Executive Assistant to the Director of Finance and Operations
